Graduation Ceremonies at Mendocino College

Graduation ceremonies will not be held at Ukiah High School in June because of construction of the new track there. Construction work on an all-weather track got under way this month and administrators have determined that because of the excavating involved, graduation should be held elsewhere. In a press release, Ukiah Unified School District they’ve accepted an offer from Mendocino College to host the ceremonies. The college has even agreed to waive the school’s fees for use of their facilities. The UHS graduation is scheduled for Saturday, June 7, at 9 a.m. at Mendocino College. The promotion ceremony for Pomolita Middle School will be on Thursday, June 5, at 6 p.m. at the college. The promotion ceremony for Eagle Peak Middle School will be held Thursday, June 5, at 6 p.m. at Eagle Peak.
