A single-vehicle rollover on Monday afternoon injured four people, including three Lake County residents. The accident occurred on Highway 29 north of Livermore Road on Mount St. Helena, south of the Lake County line. A California Highway Patrol report says the driver, Martin Oliver Jr. was driving southbound on the highway with 3 passengers from Clearlake when he lost control of the vehicle and hit a hillside on the west shoulder. The driver and an 18-year old passenger sustained moderate injuries. A 16-year-old passenger had minor injuries and a 14-year-old passenger had major injuries. He is being treated at Children’s Hospital & Research Center Oakland.
